The Hotel reserves the right to alter the room rates charged at any stage of time. Guests who have already processed their reservation with different rates will not be compensated or refunded any difference. By completing your booking and accepting the terms and conditions, this constitutes an agreement between yourselves and the hotel.

The rates are quoted in Euros, per room, per night and include all applicable taxes.

Check-in time is 14:00 hours.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Early check-in before 14:00 and further use of the room until 18.00 o’clock might be requested at the reception desk and if available, it will be extra charged.

Following the request you will be sent an offer (non-binding). The reservation must be confirmed only after our written notice showing the total price of the stay.
At Herbal Hotel will endeavor to send a confirmation e-mail or a summary voucher to be displayed at check-in. Booking confirmation implies acceptance of our cancellation policy. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data of this confirmation and to notify us as soon as possible of any anomaly. The communication must arrive within and not more than 4 days after receiving it.
After this time we will decline any liability for any inaccuracies.
Upon arrival, it is mandatory to submit a recognition document for each person.

Pre-authorization

At Herbal Hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the arrival of the client requesting a pre-authorization to the circuit belonging. With pre-authorization the hotel guarantees the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or part of it, to make sure that the credit card is valid. NO AMOUNT IS INCREASED.
Preauthorization expires automatically after 20 days from the date requested and the amount is released. In the case of a failed pre-authorization the customer will be warned and the reservation will be canceled. In this case the hotel will have no obligation towards the customer.

Prolongation of stay

The extension of the stay requires an additional reservation and is subject to availability and fare rates.

In case of no show or early departure, a penalty will be charged 100% of the total stay.

Transfer

At Herbal Hotel can arrange a taxi to pick you up from the Airport upon your arrival at extra charge and you pay directly the taxi driver.
Please note importantly that the Taxi Driver will be waiting for you outside the entrance to the Arrivals Terminal, carrying a sign clearly marked with the AT HERBAL HOTEL on it and importantly your surname in large letters.
