Cancellation Policy

The Hotel reserves the right to alter the room rates charged at any stage of time. Guests who have already processed their reservation with different rates will not be compensated or refunded any difference. By completing your booking and accepting the terms and conditions, this constitutes an agreement between yourselves and the hotel.

The rates are quoted in Euros, per room, per night and include all applicable taxes.

Early check-in before 14:00 and late check-out until 18:00 may be requested at the reception desk. Both services are subject to availability and additional charges.

AT Herbal Hotel will send a confirmation email or a summary voucher to be presented at check-in.

We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of your booking confirmation. Please notify us of any inaccuracies within four days of receiving your confirmation.

After this time, we will not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies.

Upon arrival, each guest must present a valid identification document.

Pre-authorisation

AT Herbal Hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card before the guest's arrival by requesting a pre-authorisation. With a pre-authorisation, the hotel temporarily reserves the total cost of the stay, or part of it, to verify that the credit card is valid. No amount is charged. The pre-authorisation expires automatically 20 days after it is requested, and the reserved amount is released. If the pre-authorisation fails, the customer will be notified and the reservation will be cancelled. In this case, the hotel will have no further obligation to the customer.

Prolongation of stay

The extension of the stay requires an additional reservation and is subject to availability and fare rates.

Transfer

AT Herbal Hotel can arrange a taxi to pick you up from the airport for an additional charge. Payment is made directly to the taxi driver.

The taxi driver will be waiting for you outside the arrivals terminal, holding a sign displaying "AT Herbal Hotel" and your surname.

If your flight is delayed or you are unable to locate your driver, please contact the hotel immediately.
